With more than 30 years of public service leadership, Arlethia has led one of New Jersey's largest school nutrition programs while developing nationally recognized initiatives that connect communities to healthy food, economic opportunity, and sustainable systems.
Her career spans the full arc of community-centered work; from managing millions of meals served annually to designing Farm to School programs, launching hydroponics and school garden initiatives, securing significant grant funding, and building partnerships across local governments, nonprofits, higher education, and national organizations.
Arlethia founded Brown Table Strategies to bring that depth of operational expertise and community trust to organizations ready to build something lasting.
